Description
The Magical Dream Vortex! Sailor Soldiers, please save the children's dreams! The wicked Badiyanu has come to capture all the children to gain enough power to absorb the earth into her Black Dream Hole. The Black Dream Hole is located in the center of Badiyanu's castle and absorbs all the dream energy from the children. The more children Badiyanu kidnaps, the larger the dream hole gets. Once it reaches a certain size it will be large enough to swallow the planet, sentencing all the people to eternal sleep in evil dream boxes! When Badiyanu finds out Mini Moon has an enormous power that will greatly assis her in her quest, she kidnaps Mini Moon along with the other children. Will Sailor Moon and the Sailor Scouts reach Mini Moon and the Children in time? Or will Bdiyanu prevail in drawing the earth into the eternal Dream vortex?

An anime variant of the Pied Piper story, this one-hour movie pits the pretty soldiers against Queen Valdiana, who wants to put the world to sleep in order to harvest dream energy. Aimed at younger Sailor Moon fans, the film puts the ultra-cute Chibi-Usa at the center of the fairy-tale plot (she's Sailor Moon's yet-to-be-born daughter, sent back from the future for reasons too complicated to explain). Nevertheless, there's enough wacky humor and superpowered action (including an appearance by Sailor Uranus and the other Outer Senshi) to keep all ages interested. The opening sequences look wonderful--a flying ship comes to carry away the children who have been hypnotized by a flute-playing fairy--and the haunting music in this subtitled version adds a little extra chill to the atmosphere. Sailor Moon SuperS may not contribute much to the ongoing arc of the Sailor Moon story, but as a self-contained movie it's a lot of fun. Ages 7 and up. --Simon Leake

5 out of 5 stars What can I say...   August 15, 2008
What can I say... other then that it is 2008, I am in my mid 20's and I still love everything about Sailor Moon. If you enjoyed watching Sailor Moon in the mornings... early 90's, then you will enjoy all the Edited VHS videos.

5 out of 5 stars Fighting evil my moonlight   March 15, 2007
I have been a fan of Sailor Moon since the original first season of TV show in which they fought against there original first enemy queen Barrel and here minions from the Nega Verse was first broadcast on the air. Which I believe came out sometime in between 1993 and 1998 when I was in between the age of 8 and 12. A word of warning before you rent or buy this movie for your children you should probably wait a while years of age or because this is uncut version of the movie. The reasons why this movie might not be appropriate for kids under age of 12 is because of occasional brief nudity, in addition to this there is somewhat heavy cartoon violence, thematic elements in this movie as well and occasional mildly scary images in it as well. As a result of the things listed in bold this movie might not appropriate or may be questionable depending on yur parents opinion. In the movie when the children of Earth are kidnapped by dream fairies including sailor moons own daughter Reyna. I believe this movie takes place after the Pegasus TV series because Pegasus is never mention in the movie in addition sailor moon and her daughter are already now you words to say to transform using the powers they were suppose to get from Pegasus Sailor moon and the sailor scoots with aid of Peru a fair who rebels against his mistress method are to extreme. Once again sailor moon and sailor Scotts must use there powers to save the planet. Can Sailor moon and the Sailor scoots defeat the dreaded Badiyanu? The gigantic female, dream fairy, that stands over 13 feet tall and weighs over 5 tons of pure female muscle. Or will the whole earth be swallowed up into her dream hole incasing ever one in an internal sleep from which they will never awake. Find out in the thrilling, dramatic, and action packed conclusion to this animated short.

5 out of 5 stars Awesome!   February 27, 2007
This movie was great! It is better than Sailor Moon S: Hearts in Ice, but not as good as Sailor Moon R: Promise of the Rose. I would definatly recomend buying it or borrowing it from someone you know!
